I went to school with a Canadian who worked in the GM plant that made cop
cars.  He said if the guys on the line were in a bit upset with anyone they
would drop a handfull of nuts and bolts in the doors.  They never bothered
to retreive anything that was dropped by accident.

Ever wonder why cops are so often in bad moods?
