I just bought a '90 Cherokee for commuter duty. All seem fine except for one thing. The heater just doesn't seem to produce enough heat. It has a temperature gauge, and that comes up as expected, so the thermostat must be OK. But comparing it to my wife's Sable, or my previous '78 Mercury, the air coming out of the heater doesn't seem very warm. Before I start tearing things apart, are there any Cherokee owners in the snow belt out there who can tell me if this is normal? Stu Brennan |
