Hey!
This is your canvas. It's up to you to decide what you want the car to be.
If you want to be competive in the "Stock" class, then you need to know
that judges look at the original color code on the VIN and changes could
result in fewer concours points. On the other hand, an impressive, well
maintained paint job is a plus in any class. I think the newer clear coat
over color urethanes give the best appearance and best longevity,
especially when they are wet sanded and rubbed out. But then again, I have
to sign as Modtiger.
