Found high performance aluminum water pumps with 5.16" distance from
back to pully flange front, and right side inlet. This is close to the
5.15" specified in the Workshop Manual specs for the MkI series.
It is made by Edelbrock, and listed for Shelby Mustangs. There is no
backing plate on it, just like stock, although the "Edelbrock" name is
prominently on the casting. I comes both natural and polished. The local
(PAW) discount prices are:

#8847 (polished, will order) $238.95
