Second hand information from first hand doers. A 5/8 combination wrench,
cut across the shank to two shorter pieces, and be used with a vice
grips to undo the top tranny bolts, once they are accessible. There is
indeed a problem getting a wrench around the 9/16 top two bell housing
bolts. The source that is writing up his "Technical Procedure" (Tech
Writer?) uses a Snap-on 9/16 wobbely to get those top two bell housing
bolts. I think this is better than a couple of holes in the firewall.
