Hey, all: I agree with Jim Parent on the possible cause of the clutch problem described earlier. My Mk1A also has an adustable clutch actuation rod between the slave cylinder and clutch arm on the side of the bell housing. I have adjusted my clutch several times by changing the length of that rod. The longer the rod, the closer to the top of the pedal throw you will have to go to get the clutch engaged and the car moving. Andy Walker B382001600 |
