You right. Me wrong. Knew the ballast was cut in (reducing voltage from
12 starting to 9 volts running (American cars - furrin' cars use 12 volt
coils), but this chore is usually handled by the ignition switch start
vs run position. Leave it to Ford to find a different (better?) way.
