rear springs

I'm pretty happy with the Victoria British rear springs. I haven't measured
it but the ride height appears normal and the ride seems ok but I don't
really have much to comparre it to. The only problrm I had was that my
shackles are wider than the rear bushings so I had to shim both sides with
a thin flatwasher to take up the slack.
