Keeping the car up, and even getting it appraised annually at your
expense from their list, is a good idea, but won't buy you anything.
You're still going to have to FIGHT them for more than the average of
ANY 10 cars the adjuster finds for sale. Appraiser's reports are
adjucated in court with your attorney, not with a "freindly" adjuster,
their appraiser, and your agent. Check it out.
