I recently had both bumpers and bumperetts re-chromed. The Norm Miller
supplied front bumper was perfectly straight and needed only re-chrome,
but my other bumper needed some minor tweeking to get it straight. The
bumpers both came back in perfect shape, but I was a little suprised at
the cost of $500. I understand the high cost of toxic waste disposal has
driven chrome prices up in recent years. My advise is to look for the
highest quality used parts or better yet n.o.s. parts. Go the re-chrome
route when all else failes.
