The problem is that TAC disqualifies a car with no explanation as to why
and the better marques have no problem if a car is rebodied as long as
the paper work is in order.Do you realize how many great cars exist without a 
single original part. Because rust killed a body is the car lost
forever? I want as many of the cars saved and if an Alpine body is used,
great, as long as a "new" Tiger with bogus numbers is not created.
