Thanks: Leather Shifter Boot

I got three good suggestions regarding sources for leather shifter
booths: J.C. Whitney, Pep Boys and Martha Wheat.  Since I have a
Whitney catalog here at work I took a quick look and found what
I think I'm looking for.  I'll check out Pep Boys first to save me
the trouble of ordering, but there's a neon shift knob right on the
same page of the Whitney catalog- don't how I can resist that!
