Stu,
Have you tried an auto paint store? That's where I got the touch-up
paint for one of my cars.
As for application, if you can get the correct color paint in a can
there are cheap alternatives to aerosol spray cans. You can buy aerosol
paint sprayers at hardware stores or perhaps from the same auto paint
suppliers. What I like even better is an air brush. Better finish and
more control. You can get aerosol cans for air brushes too.
