Fram Filters

     I've owned Fords since the mid '60's and have almost always used Fram 
     PH8A filters on them.  In the last year I have had TWO of their 
     gaskets fail, one on the Tiger last spring, and then yesterday on the 
     Marquis.  The Tiger only had a dribble, and the Marquis didn't leak, 
     but the gasket fell to bits when I took it off.
     
     Has anyone else noted a recent decline in Fram quality?
