Another cold temperature reminder for Mid Ohio or anywhere there might be a 
cold morning run - get some Anti-Fog (Rain-X brand, in the black bottle) for 
the inside of your face shield, windscreen and (if it doesn't wreck the plastic 
or coatings) your glasses.
