Somewhere on the web I once found a house in Australia that was pretty
close to this.
It had an integral two-bay garage. Two of the garage walls were glass so
the cars were visible from inside the house. It had wood floors that
went through the house and on through the garage so it really was part of
the living room.
I emailed the fellow some admiring words. He said he kept a separate
garage/workshop to work on the cars so the one in the house wasn't
cluttered or dirty.
His two Jaguars (one an E-type) looked quite at home, literally.
