favorite:Andouille! Wait 'till you taste a baked deboned stuffed chicken or
rabbit filled with the crawfish,shrimp, or alligator sausage!!how do they say
it? "C'est se bon!"? HoYo
ps they also use the "stuffings" for filler in a pork loin or a rolled up round
steak they call a "Foosher Steak"(for those who have to have red meat).
