Hey Guys and Gals,
I just saw a news report on the hazards of wearing a seat belt with the
seat back reclined. With the seat reclined the seat belt is no longer
effective and leaves you more vulnerable to a broken neck in even death.
The rule of thumb they presented is more than two fingers between the
shoulder belt and you body is bad. I always supected this was dangerous,
but the recent study confirms it.
NBC had the report.
