Two Hoosiers were standing on a corner next to an old stray 
dog. All of a sudden, the dog started licking his balls. One 
Hoosier looked down and said, "Boy, I sure wish I could do 
that." 

The other Hoosier leaned around and said, "Go ahead, he 
looks like he's friendly..."
