It's Tuesday night now and I've caught up on my sleep enough to write
something.
I was impressed!
The Thicko burgers were good but the driving was better.
I was impressed with how fast the Thickos learned the track and drove it
hard.
Mosport can be a daunting track - the flounder filled my mirrors and
occasionally the view forward...no small feat for a newcomer to Mosport.
There's lots of people I can have a good time and a party with but a lot
fewer I feel both safe and ultra competitive with...any time guys.
The Red Rat Bastard is as sideways as everyone said - I was lucky he had
that miss at high revs or he might have embarrassed me... my old skinny
15" wheels and tires were flailing something awful trying to keep ahead
of WST - he's a hard charger.
In the feature race he came from the back of the grid to push me ...I
was in 6th place at the time so he must have scared the back of the grid
real good. Good thing I don't have any brakes or he might have gotten
by under braking!
I'm off to Pittsburgh week after this and maybe Waterford Hills.
Grattan? probably not this year - maybe next.
But Y'all come back now, hear?
