Webster dog-box for sprites

Can anyone in Thicko-Land tell me about the Webster box?

Does it have 4 doggy (;-) gears or does it use a standard 1st gear?

Are the gears stronger than the factory SC/CR gearset?

Are the different ratios readily interchangable? available?

Any mods required to the rest of the drivetrain?

Who sells the boxes (contact info?) and any idea on price?
