Sev, I finally figured out why I could not "pull" you on the long front
straight at IRP last fall.
I had headers from a 1275cc engine on the 948cc Bugeye engine. These
headers have a larger diameter tube then the old "orginal" headers I had on
last year.
It was explained to me how this could be detrimental to performance on a low
HP, high reving 948.
So, the solution was to have custom made, controlled vortex, stainless steel
headers fabricated for me by a guy named "Scruffy". Now I ask you, with a
name like that, how can I go wrong.
I was going to have a set made for you too, but all these accusations of me
being a cheatin dog have soured that deal.
You still have time to get on my good side. You might want to take
advantage of that.
