[Spridgets] Bugeye on Ebay says 1960 but vin says 1958

Oh the memories!  Not a lot different than mine when I bought it, 
although mine had solid spring boxes.  I hope he wasn't running the tach 
directly from the dynamo as the picture shows.  Color is the right 
color!  Hmmmmm.
