I second the 'sand and then polish with a buffer'. I use good 3M wet-or-dry paper, 1200 grit, and then I polish with 3M PerfectIt III on an old fashioned wool bonnet attached to a rotary buffer. After all of this work I find it worthwhile to protect with 303 aerospace protectant. http://www.303products.com/ Ed Dallas, Tx ------------------------ spridgets@autox.team.net Donate: http://www.team.net/donate.html Suggested annual donation: $12.75 Archive: http://www.team.net/archive Forums: http://www.team.net/forums |
