[Spridgets] Illinois Bill to Expand Use of Antique Vehicles Signed Into Law

well, it sounds like a great bill. could anyone convince congress that
that's not a bad idea for across the country? or even better, just
suggest it to your own state congressmen and it may or may not go
through. question though; is there any down side to this at all????
