Sometimes a good bench bleed is necessary. Make sure you purge all the air from the master before bleeding at the wheels. IIRC, Bugeyes have a single brake reservoir and therefore any single wheel cylinder can cause problems for the whole system. Make sure all your soft brake hoses are good. Some might look good on the outside but be bad inside. They can actually look fine and act like check valves inside. If in doubt, replace them. Sometimes a Mityvac is a very good thing. |
