Joe, you will benefit in both the clutch and brake by going to a 3/4"
conversion. Everyone who has made the move to 3/4" has been very
satisfied with the improvement in brake feel and clutch performance.
I've never encountered any complaints with 3/4" master combined with
7/8" slave, which seem to be the most common combination, but I'n sure
many are matched with the 1" also. Which slave are you using? 7/8" or
1"? Do you have the right length pushrod at the slave and are you sure
all the air is out of the system?
