OK, here's a pic of a "Junker Test" setup. It holds the bolt head
stationary and only moves 1/2 of the bolted joint.
In situations similar to that in the real world (like on a Spridget) I
think we use Castellated nuts.
I can't think of a real world situation that is similar to the "Junker
Test". Does anyone know of one?
I wonder how the "Junker Test" does with chemical bonds (Loctite), and
other forms of mechanical lock washers, besides the ones the video
producers are trying to sell.
