12" will fit without any dish to the wheel. have one in my bugeye.
but! be
advised that the smaller the wheel the greater the "armstrong
steering" effort
becomes. no difrence while rolling , just a bit tougher to
get in and out of
parking spots. it's great for tall people who need the
knee room on both
sides of the wheel!
