[Spridgets] Re Wind energy again!!

As mentioned to Charlie directly, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against
wind power.
Its just the fact that it is visible that makes it so prevalent.
No one is developing small scale hydro or methane from animal waste or
giving them the same subsidy.
No one is preventing big energy from taking out power dams but they are
subsidising wind power.
