As my ex-"Desert Rat" uncle ued to say, they make them Lt's because there's no
other position to trust them with <Grin>
"And, of course, "Lieutenant" is commonly pronounced as "Leftenat" in the
RAF and the Army. Comes from French roots which the Brits will deny in no
uncertain terms... ;-)"
