[Spridgets] Open Carry - Cat and the 9mm

There is a story that I assume is true about a man that ran for Sherriff
several decades ago. His vote count was in the single digits.  The next day
he was seen downtown wearing a gun on each hip.  The reelected Sherriff was
called to talk to him.  

When ask why he was walking around, armed and scaring folk, he said " I
figure a man that ain't got but three friends in the whole county ought to
wear a gun!"
