The object of the exercise is to mix the hot air at the ceiling with the cool air at the floor. A ceiling fan at a SLOW speed (60 to 100 RPM) or a small fan in a corner of the room blowing at a 45 degree up angle will stir the air without creating a noticeable breeze. Skip J. |
