[Spridgets] no LBC content; pear+quince

Asking the great knowledge base that exists here.

 

We have a quince tree that has cross-pollinated with our three pear trees.

No quince fruit (its supposed to be self-pollinating) but pear-like fruit
that falls weeks later than the real pears.

Anyone hear of this happening? Peaince??  Bill in corvallis
