FYI, retsina is a Greek wine flavored with pine resin. Definitely an
acquired taste, Alcohol content is about 14%.
Ouzo is an Anis-flavored clear aperitif. It turns white with the addition
of water & has an alc. content of 45%. That's what I'm drinking right now -
