Doesn't Mo$$ or VB sell a paint mask for rostyles? I thought I saw one in the
catalog for around $16. I'll check and post the P/N.

Any recommendations, on how to sand them, what to use, how to make or

Bead blast them to clean them up. Then lay the silver paint on the
whole wheel. After it cures, mask the silver with masking tape. Cut
the tape away with an Exacto hobby knife where it overhangs. Shoot the
face with clear to seal the tape where the silver/black meet. Let that
cure. Shoot the semi-flat black and let it cure. Remove the masking
tape... You're done!
