The dyno tuning shop, if modernized,  may very well have kept a record of your 
"pulls" and calibration changes as well.

I know the shop wherein by PO'd Vizardized
1340 was done did and additonally, provided me with a spec sheet as well in the 
event it was needed for any reason.
