Those are Brooklands windscreens. I had a set on my 1946 TC back in the
day. I loved them, but then the TC also had a windscreen that folded down
forward so the Brooklands were mounted behind it. They also fold down.
Don't know about legality but they look cool. I've thought about going that
way on my Midget.
