It's rate that I'm driving with a passenger and rarer still to be talking to them in my Sprite but on family holidays in a hire car (what you call a rental car) I do talk to my family. My experience though is that if I'm driving quickly (the Sprite) or have some difficult traffic/navigation/other in the hire car I automatically stop speaking, even mid sentence. I guess my brain tells my mouth to shut up and focus 100% on the driving. Of course I can swear at other idiot drivers at the most difficult of times - more of a reflex response I guess? If you are talking on the phone your full attention is NOT on driving. I agree it is the same thing to be gabbing with a passenger _______________________________________________ Support Team.Net http://www.team.net/donate.html http://www.team.net/archive http://autox.team.net/mailman/listinfo/spridgets |
