My best friend and I were into camping. He talked me into getting
the van. I built a bed in the back, shag rug on the floor, and hung
curtains on the windows. We camped in it just once. That winter I
found out it had no traction (350 V8 up front, no weight in the back).
I sold it that spring. I owned it for 9 months, the shortest I've ever
owned a vehicle.
That didn't stop me from lusting after a Brubaker Box and Boonie Bug.
