OK, I've been trying to figure out what kind of cam I have....some have asked 
me what it is when timing/tuning this and I'm not sure.  The machinist said it 
was a "street/perf" cam, but I cannot confirm this because I can't interpret 
what the numbers below mean.  Can someone please translate this for me?
