Regarding the slave cyl. The top bolt has always been difficult to reach.
>From others who mentioned doing the same. . I took the top bolt (after
getting if off) and cut the head of the bolt off. I then screwed it back in
with Loctite so that it is now a stud.
This way, when I have to pull the slave cyl. . . I only have to deal with
the bottom bolt which is accessible. . just slip the cyl over the top bolt
and tighten the bottom.
I have been using mine like this for a few thousand miles with no problems.
Just a thought regarding. . .
