Dry. I've had that happen before in 1999
(any many times on the race car rear drums from axle juice), it doesn't act
anywhere near this drastic.

That's what I think it is. I changed bearings
last night but I think the hub may be worn. I can detect play. Again, in
reverse it doesn't happen.
