Keith Tanner ran a Miata in Targa 08. You can see him in the video around 2:05.
He finished 1st in his class and 16th overall.
It seems Targa is a TSD rally but you don't get penalized for being early.
Keith Tanner and Bill Cardell are among the top Miata hot rodders in
the world, IMHO.
