Obviously a case of re-using a VIN to suit one's desires. The shell is
certainly NOT a 1960. Wing windows, etc place it at a 1965 or later. It also
has the mismatched front fenders... just take a close look at the heights of
the front turnsignals. It looks like a "bitsa" car... bitsa this, bitsa
that. My guess would be that most of the parts are from a 1970 or 71 Midget.
Looks a little claustrophobic (says the guy who feels cramped in an El
Camino).
