Does anyone have access to "Traveling Salesman"-type optimization software? 
It might be interesting to see exactly what location minimizes total travel 
of the Spridgets on this list.  As I think about it, I might be able to 
figure out how to make Excel do it just using the center of each state for 
the locations, weighted by the number of cars in each state.
