[Spridgets] Armacord Floor Covering

I have seen a few Bugeyes with Armacord behind the seats and on the boot
floor.  Has anyone tried to use it for the rest of the car like under the
seats, tunnel cover and floor mats?  I am thinking it might actually be easier
to deal with than carpet.
