Hello Nory,
unless you get a "bounce" message, the message is still on its
way, providing that it did leave your computer. how quickly a
message gets delivered depends upon many things including how
busy the net itself is when you send, the server it goes to and
other nebulous things built into the net itself...it is probably
NOT your computer's fault providing that you haven't been messing
with the settings... sometimes a quick test to see if you ARE
connected is to run another piece of software.. i've had times
that the World Wide Web was down, but the Internet itself was
still working just fine. remember that they are NOT the same
things at all.
