[Spridgets] Midget sighting in the upper peninsula

Was anybody here the person towing a British racing green, rubber bumper Midget 
on Route 2 in Michigan's upper peninsula (Wed, Aug 19, 8:45pm)?  I saw it 
parked at a rest stop.  My wife took one look and said, "just keep driving", so 
I only got to cruise by and gawk.  Nice car.
