[Spridgets] Disc brake conversion

Does anyone know of any alternate front disc brake conversion for  
Sprites or Morris Minors that would allow for a hub with a 4.5 in  
bolt circle? I know of a Morris that has front discs from a Datsun,  
but don't know what model they came from. Any British hubs with that  
bolt circle that might work?

Suggestions welcome.
